Mount Lawley Senior High School has been successfully educating international students for over 20 years and empowers students by providing skilled teachers who focus on meeting their needs, a strong sense of community and a technology-rich environment. The school has received many awards for its high-quality education, including the 2021 Western Australian International Education Initiative of the Year – schools. The school was also a finalist in three categories of the WA Education Awards in 2021
The school accepts international students in Years 10, 11 and 12 and has a broad range of subjects on offer, this including Specialist Mathematics, a full range of Science subjects and the opportunity to study one of the specialist language courses such as Italian, Chinese, French, Japanese and Korean languages. The school offers Specialist Programs in jazz music, visual and performing arts, and academic excellence.
