The Northern College of the Arts and Technology (NCAT) is located in Preston, a suburb in the northern metropolitan area of Melbourne, Victoria. It is a senior secondary college providing Year 10, Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE), and Vocational Education and Training (VET) programs.
