STB Pacific Pty Ltd, trading as STB Australia, is committed to protecting your privacy. This document sets out how we handle the information collected across our services and migration-support platform.

1. What We Collect and Why

When you request a quote, send us a message or fill in assessment forms for a visa application (Subclass 500) or enrolment, we collect:

• Contact details: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, nationality.
• Interaction details: course preferences, duration, age and any special needs you report.
• Browsing data and logs: IP address, browser version and the pages you visited, via Google Analytics 4 (anonymised where applicable).

This information is used solely for academic admission and visa advice. STB does not sell contact lists to third parties under any circumstances.

2. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies to keep our multi-language feature working (your preferred language is stored in the browser) and for traffic tracking, such as the marketing pixel. By browsing our pages without blocking global trackers, you tacitly agree to the capture of these anonymous performance indicators, which we need to keep improving how fast our tools load.

3. Sharing, Restricted to Partners

Once your consultation is approved and the process begins, your biographical details are shared with the bodies responsible for admission to Australia, namely:

• Academic institutions (e.g. Group of Eight universities, Tier 1 VET schools and accredited English schools);
• The Department of Home Affairs;
• Allianz Care / BUPA / Medibank or other providers of government OSHC / OVHC insurance.

4. Your Rights Over Your Data

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and European and Brazilian law (LGPD), you have the right to request a unified copy of the data stored in our CRM, or its complete deletion from our database — except copies Australia requires us to keep for government or tax purposes.
