From introductory to intermediate level, ELC's Business courses build skills for the corporate environment, covering communication, recruitment, budget management, operational planning, risk management, marketing and innovation. Classes run in the evening, two days a week, offering flexibility for those who work during the day.

From introductory to advanced level, ELC's leadership courses prepare students to lead teams and manage operations, progressing to senior leadership roles focused on strategic planning, change management and organisational innovation. The Graduate Diploma is a VET postgraduate qualification for professionals who lead in contexts where organisational development is central.

The Certificate IV introduces practical project management skills. The Diploma trains project managers able to run projects from start to finish. The Advanced Diploma is aimed at managers of complex programs with multiple simultaneous projects.
